Kevin is the owner and operator of Rock, Paddle, Surf Coaching.  He is a British Canoeing Sea Kayak Coach, American Canoe Association L5 Advanced Open Water Instructor, a British Canoe Union 5 Star Leader Sea, American Canoe Association L3 Instructor Trainer Aspirant, Register Maine Guide, and certified in wilderness first aid.  

The origin of Rock, Paddle, Surf Kayak Coaching stemmed from the desire to share my knowledge and passion for the sport of sea kayaking.  I have been fortunate enough to learn from some of the best coaches around, and I want to pass on what I have learned.  I emphasize the complete kayaking experience in my coaching, from the intellectual to the physical; I encourage you to seek balance in your kayaking.   Paddling takes on different forms for different people. Whether you enjoy the thrill of playing in rock gardens, the adrenalin of surf, or a quiet moon-lit paddle,  there is something for everyone.  Come and learn!  I will encourage you to play, laugh, and push your boundaries in a fun, supportive environment.
